Trace and cut out pieces from felt according to the
patterns. Take the red felt and glue the shorter edges together to form a tube. Thread the doll needle with 15” of crochet thread and sew a running stitch along red felt piece about 1/4” from one edge. Pull the thread together to gather and knot tightly. Snip the 1/4” apart to make a pom pom. Glue the white felt strip along the bottom edge to complete the hat. Sew a piece of crochet thread through the inside of the hat and back down leaving a loop for a hanger. Knot ends inside the hat.
Use the end of the brush handle to paint dip dots of white paint for the eyes on the wood ball knob, let dry. When dry, dip dot black on the white to complete the eyes, let dry. Paint tiny circles of pink below the eyes for the cheeks, let dry. Glue hat onto the head. Glue the head onto the green felt collar. Use the gold glitter Scribbles paint and dot the tips of the collar. Let dry.
Take the tiny eye screw and screw into the top of the ball knob for the hanger. Paint the wood ball knob with the white acrylic paint, let dry. Use the end of the fine tip paintbrush and dip dot paint two dots of black acrylic paint for the eyes, let dry. Next dip dot white acrylic paint on the top of the black, let dry. Lastly, dip dot a small dot of blue paint, let dry.
Dip dot five dots with the black acrylic paint for the smile, let dry. use the red acrylic paint and paint a small hear on either side for the cheeks, let dry.
When all the paint is dry, brush on a coat of Sparkle Glaze, let dry,
Tie the red felt strip into a loose knot and glue to the bottom of the knob for the scarf. Snip the ends to create a fringe.
Take the tiny eye screw and screw into the top of the ball knob for the hanger. paint the ball know with the brown paint, let dry.
se the end of the fine tip paintbrush and dip dot paint two dots for the eyes with the white acrylic paint, let dry. Dip dot paint black acrylic paint on top of the white, let dry.
Paint a squiggly smile with the white acrylic paint, let dry. Paint a tiny heart with the red acrylic paint on each side for the cheeks, let dry.
Use the shiny White Scribbles fabric paint and draw a squiggly line around the top of the head for “icing”. Tie the ribbon into a bow and glue to the bottom of the head.
