1. Cut the 3-yards of mesh into 3 pieces: 24”, 36” and 48” in length.
2. Take the 48” length and find the halfway point. Drape over the Styrofoam ball and cinch together. Drape the 36” length over, going in a criss-cross fashion. Cinch tight under the ball. Lastly, drape the 24” length over and cinch tightly. Take a chenille stem and gather the mesh under the ball, twist tightly to secure the gathers. Twist and shape the ends of the mesh to give it more body. Take the other chenille stem and loop through the first one. Twist the ends together to create a hanger.
3. Trace and cut out pieces from foamie according to the pattern. Place a 24mm moving eye on each one and glue in place. Place on the covered Styrofoam ball for eyes and glue in place. Make a bow with the ribbon and the around the neck of the ghost.
