Take the red and printed cardstock strips for the pennants and dove tail cut one end. Use the pictured sample as a guide and place along the left bottom of the front of the card, layering the printed on top of the red. Tape in place.
Take the blue strip and stamp “Happy Graduation” towards the left side of the blue strip. Dovetail cut the right end. Place on top of the other two strips and tape in place.
Stamp the dog on the light tan cardstock. Cut out the dog, leaving a tiny border around the stamped design. Use the colored pencils to color the tongue red and add some pink cheeks.
Stamp the large grad cap onto the blue cardstock and cut out leaving a tiny border. Place the grad cap onto the dog’s head and tape in place.
Stamp the diploma onto the white cardstock. Color in the ribbon with the blue pencil. Cut out and tape to the dog’s left paw. Take the dog and place it on the right side of the card front. Use foam pop up dots to tape in place.
Using the patterns, trace and cut from the red and printed paper pennant pieces. Trim the printed paper down about 1/8” all around. Use the Sharpie marker to write 2013 onto the printed paper pennants. Layer the printed paper on top of the red and tape together.
Tape the pennants onto the baker’s twine or string. Attach the pennant to the upper left corner of the card, draping across the window
