Take the 4 1/8” x 4 1/4” and wrap around the tube, matching the edge with the bottom edge of the tube. Tape in place. Tape the 1/4” x 3 1/4” white cardstock vertically up the tube, matching up with the bottom edge. Take the 1/4” x 2 1/2” white cardstock strip and find the midpoint. To make the collar, from the center point, fold the ends out to make a small “v”. Place at the top of the other vertical strip and tape in place. Trim off excess.
Stamp the Kokeshi Doll head onto the ivory cardstock and cut out. Use the pink colored pencil to add some color to her cheeks.
Trace and cut out the grad cap pieces from cardstock. Take about 4” of floss and separate the strand into three sections. Knot one end and braid about 1 1/2” long. Knot the other end and trim off the excess. Stick the brad into the first knotted end. Make a hole in the center of the top of the cap piece. Place brad through to attach tassel to the top of the cap.
Place the bottom of the cap piece onto the head and tap in place. Place the top of the cap with tassel onto the cap bottom and use a foam pop dot to attach. Place the head onto the tube where the collar is and attach with a foam pop dot. Fill tube with treats.
