1 qty. Pen with side clip

*NOTE – If you want to put two 3” x 3” Post-it Note pads inside, then make your cardstock 6 ” x 8”

Place your 6” x 8” cardstock on the MSC score Board and score where indicated on the diagram: 3 ”, 3 ” and 4 ”. See Diagram 1.
Crease the scored lines well. Fold in half at the 3 ” scored line, the side that is smaller (3 ”) will be the side that is the front cover. With that in mind, measure down 1” from the top along the fold and lightly mark with your pencil. Next, mark 2”, 4 ” and 5 ” from the top(see diagram) Take your scissors and cut straight across the fold at each mark line, stopping at the creased lines. You should be able to “pop up” the 1” sections that will hold your pen. See Diagram 2.
Open up the cardstock, place double stick tape on the section between 3 ” and 4 ” scored lines, as indicated on the diagram. Tape down the sections to the inner back cover. This will make the pen holder tabs stay up. See Diagram 3.
Adhere your Post-it Note pads to the inside back cover. Embellish the front cover as you wish. Insert the pen into the side pen holder tabs. See Diagram 4.
