Make a 4 ”x 5 “ white linen card from half a sheet of Paper Accents card stock.

Heat emboss the seashell design (Hero Arts) by stamping it on clear acetate (Darice’s) with white Brilliance ink and opaque white embossing powder.

Tear a piece of decorative paper (crinkle it yourself and add glitter if you can’t find pre-made) slightly larger than the shell stamped design.

Cut out a window in the torn paper to show the embossed image.

Use Heiko tape to adhere acetate to the decorative paper and trim off excess acetate.

Cut strips of Scotch foam mounting tape to form a rectangle behind and outside the acetate window being careful not to have any gaps.

Remove two adjacent  paper strips from the foam tape rectangle and press onto vellum paper. Trim off any excess vellum.

With the acetate design side down, lift the open corner of the vellum and add Art Accents Micro Beedz and opalescent cellophane bits (Arnold Grummer).  Remove other two paper strips from mounting tape rectangle and seal in beads and cellophane bits.

Using Aleene’s Clear Gel Tacky Glue, glue down mesh netting (floral wedding supply).

Stick shaker box to card with Heiko tape.
