Directions

Use stickers or a die cutting system such as QuicKutz to cut out the word “celebrate” in two contrasting color cardstocks. Offset the letters when matching them up to create a shadow effect. Glue or stick letters together. Position letters onto the star jar and adhere.

Use the Accu Cut die cutting machine to cut out the small grad caps. Cut two each from two different colors of cardstock (preferably school colors).

Center the photo of the graduate in the 4" star of the template. Use the Ultra Xpress shape cutter to cut the photo out. Adhere the star shape photo onto one of the 5" x 5" cardstock. Trim around the star design leaving a 1/4" border. Cut one 4" star shape from the other of 5" x 5" cardstock, set aside.

Remove the cork from the jar and fill with metallic shreds.

Cut three 18" lengths of star garland. Place one of the lengths in the jar and adhere the star photo to the garland with the double stick tape. Adhere the other star shape cardstock on the back, sandwiching the garland in between. Curl the top end of the garland. Place the other two 18" lengths in the jar and attach the grad caps to the garlands by sandwiching the garland between two different colors of grad caps. Offset the placement of the grad caps before adhering together to create a shadow effect. Curl the top ends of the star garland. Place the caps at different heights, with the star photo in the middle.

Wrap star garland around the neck of the jar and curl the ends
