DIRECTIONS:

Trace and cut out pieces from foamie according to the patterns.

Glue the red foamie star in the middle of the white foamie piece. Following the star shape, trim the white foamie around the edge of the red star, leaving about a 1/8" border. Glue this star to the middle of the blue foamie. Trim around the edge the same way, leaving a 1/8" border.

Use the black Sharpie marker and write in 2004 in the center of the red star. Use the marker to make 2 dot eyes and a squiggly smile on the face. Use the heart punch and punch out 2 hearts from the scrap of red foamie for the cheeks. Glue the red heart cheeks on either side of the smile.

Take the brown yarn and cut into 3 pieces 4" long. Knot together on one end and braid the 3 strands of yarn together. At the end of the braid, knot the other end. Use the rest of the yarn to make a loopy bow. Cut loops apart and glue the center knot to the center of the face's forehead for the bangs. Glue the braid along the top of the head for the pigtails. Optional: If you want the braids to stand out, Thread 3" piece of brown/copper wire through the braids before gluing to the head. With the wire in, you can shape the braided pigtails any way you want.

Position the head at the upper left of the star. Glue in place. Glue the 2 hands on wither side of the face. Take the length of silver wire and curl around a pencil. Stretch wire out and make into a loop. Twist the ends of the wire together. Glue the twisted end behind the head for the angel's halo.

Take the 6" of ribbon and knot ends together. Glue knotted end behind star for a hanger.
